Each of La Mesita Ranch Estate’s five homes were designed by John Gaw Meem, influential architect and creator of the Pueblo Revival style, synonymous with Southwest design. Read more about him here (link “here” to the John Gaw Meem page).
Four cottages and one large house, known as the Grande Hacienda, make up the Estate’s accommodations. Each of the homes are unique, and are filled with paintings and pottery created by artisans from the Pojoaque Pueblo and Santa Fe.
An eye-catching and iconic blend of the ancient and contemporary, the combination of bright colors and earth tones that complement the land on which La Mesita stands make for a space that’s the ideal home away from home.
It’s easy to picture yourself sipping your morning coffee under a blue sky and the cottonwood trees, and with more than 140 acres of sprawling green fields and red mesas, it’s easy to get lost in La Mesita over and over again.
